Aspiring leaders graduate programme
Our graduates will gain experience in a broad range of business areas and will develop the skills needed for a successful career. We will provide you with valuable on the job work experience as well as formal development opportunities that will give you a full understanding of our business and support your career progression. We will prepare our future leaders to take on challenging roles across Sanofi, in the UK or internationally.
The Aspiring Leaders Graduate Programme consists of three one-year rotation streams. Examples of the type of roles within the stream:
- Sales and Marketing:
- Business Operations & Support:
At the start of the programme, successful applicants will be offered a contract starting in the most suitable rotation stream. As you move through the programme you may stay in the same stream or switch paths according to your interest and the business needs. During the final rotation, the programme leaders will work with each graduate to find their ideal role. Sanofi has a very large international presence and there may be opportunities for an international rotation year.
Along with working side by side with our experienced team members you will be assigned your own senior leader as a mentor.
A successful candidate will have:
- Graduated in the past two years
- A record of a high level of performance and delivery
- Proof they are a self-starter with determination to succeed
- A passion for healthcare
