Sanofi aspiring leaders graduate programme

September 2019 intake - application open.

Application closes 31st October 2018.

Our ASPIRING LEADERS GRADUATE PROGRAMME is designed to offer young and talented graduates the opportunity to join Sanofi. You will gain experience in the broad range of business areas we operate in, and will develop the skills you need for a successful career.

We believe that by providing a diverse range of experiences with a tailored skills development programme, our future leaders will be prepared to take on challenging new roles across Sanofi, in the UK or internationally.

In this three-year programme, successful candidates will follow one of three streams.
The streams are: Sales and Marketing, Scientific and Business Operations and Support. Each year the candidate will rotate within stream to a new role.

Example roles within Stream

A successful candidate will have:

  • Graduated in the past two years
  • A record of a high level of performance and delivery
  • Be a proven self-starter with determination to succeed
  • A passion for healthcare

With the exception of the scientific and medical stream, which requires a scientific degree, we welcome applications from any academic discipline.
